5G for the Urban Life of the Future – Looking for Creative Minds for a Design Thinking Workshop

The next-generation communications network „5G“ forms the basis for the completely new applications and business segments. The „Wireless Communications and Networks“ department at the Fraunhofer Institute for Telecommunications, Heinrich Hertz Institute, HHI is developing this technology using interdisciplinary Design Thinking methods for a better understanding of the future applications of 5G.

For a design thinking workshop on 24 March and 13 April 2017, the Fraunhofer HHI is looking for creative students who are able to empathize with users and who want to shape the future of 5G innovations. They obtain extensive insights into the latest 5G research topics, a practical understanding of Design Thinking methods and the Fraunhofer certificate with a letter of reference.
